Each state's direct shipping law is unique in the amount of alcohol legally allowed to be delivered to its residents. As a result, Furthermore Pinot Noir is not able to ship wine to every state, even in limited amounts.
For most orders shipped via ground delivery, please allow 3-7 days for delivery. Expedited delivery is also available to most delivery areas. We may delay shipping orders in cases of extreme heat to protect the quality of the wine while in transit.
Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing an order, the buyer represents to Furthermore Pinot Noir that the buyer is at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the person receiving the delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. By law, a signature is required for delivery of wine. No wines will be left on porches and/or doorsteps. Therefore, we recommend that a daytime/business address is provided for shipping of wines. This also insures the wine is not left in a non-temperature-controlled environment until you return home.
We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of California.
If your wine is flawed or damaged (by means other than the carrier), you may return the product for exchange or refund (except where prohibited by law). Furthermore Pinot Noir will refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Damages caused by the carrier are not the responsibility of Furthermore Pinot Noir. The purchaser must submit claims for shipping charge reimbursement directly to the carrier.
To return wine(s), repackage the item(s) in its original packaging as received. Returns must be sent back prepaid. If wine(s) is replaced, Furthermore Pinot Noir will pay ground shipping costs for replacement item(s) unless other shipping arrangements have been made at the cost of the Purchaser.
Please contact the winery for Return Authorization and shipping instructions. All shipments must be approved prior to return shipping and may be refused if no return authorization has been given.
Returned Shipments for Invalid Address: If a shipment is returned to Furthermore Pinot Noir due to delivery failure for an invalid address, we will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a response before final delivery attempt, we will refund the value of the wine and the taxes originally charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns to credit card will be placed on the original credit card used for purchase.
